The latest edition of Prime Insight will air this Saturday, 14 February, from 7:00am to 9:00am on Joy Prime, bringing together key political voices to discuss some of the country’s most pressing governance and accountability issues.
Hosted by Razak Musbau, the two-hour current affairs programme will focus on three major topics dominating national discourse: the proposed tax regime linked to illegal mining (galamsey), reforms in Ghana’s cocoa sector, and developments following investigations into alleged vote-buying during the NDC Ayawaso East primary.

Saturday’s panel features representatives from across the political divide:
- Hamza Suhuyini, Member of the NDC Communications Team
- Kamal-Deen Abdulai, Deputy Director of Communications, NPP
- Solomon Owusu, Director of Communications, United Party
- Ivan Kyei Innocent, Youth Activist
The composition of the panel signals what is expected to be a robust cross-party debate, particularly on matters of accountability and policy direction.
Prime Insight airs live on Joy Prime from 7:00 am to 9:00 am, with viewers able to follow the discussion on DStv Channel 281 and GOtv Channel 124, as well as on the station’s social media platforms.
The latest edition aims to provide a data-driven, balanced and in-depth analysis of the issues shaping Ghana’s political and governance landscape.
