In a spectacular celebration of reading and knowledge, Perbi Cubs in collaboration with UNESCO’s Accra World Book Capital presents the Audition Stage of the Inter-School Reading Quiz which is set to take Ghana by storm.
The event is slated to take place on Friday, 15th March, 2024 at the Legon Interdenominational Church (LIC).
The quiz is designed to foster a love for books among young minds, will unfold with energy and excitement, leaving an indelible mark on the country's literary landscape.
The day will kick-off at 7:30am and the air will buzz with anticipation as the young participants register at the desk, setting the stage for a day filled with literary exploration.
The stage will be transformed into a hub of literary activity and the day will unfold with highlights including the introduction of esteemed judges, celebratory moments for the top 20 readers from across the country, and the announcement of the schools advancing to the next stage of the quiz. The atmosphere will be electric as participants and guests celebrate literary achievements and embrace the joy of reading.
The event's success will reflect the collective effort of the Perbi Cubs team in collaboration with Joy Prime, our media partner and the enthusiasm of the participants. Through the quiz, Perbi Cubs will not only test knowledge but also ignite a vibrant culture of reading, leaving a lasting impact on the young minds that participate.
The Inter-School Reading Quiz Auditions will be more than an event; it will be a literary celebration that inspires a love for books, knowledge, and imagination among the young brilliant minds in Ghana between 6 and 14 years.
