Young Apostles will host Nsoatreman in the first game of the second round of the 2024/25 Ghana Premier League season.
The two teams come up against each other on matchday 18 of the league seeking a great start to the second half of the campaign.
Following a troubling start to the campaign, Nsoatreman ended the first half with a win over Karela United last weekend when Eric Osei Bonsu scored the only goal in the 1-0 win.
Prior to that, last season's FA Cup winners had failed to win any of their last nine games in the top flight.
They are looking to keep the momentum when they travel to Wenchi to take on Young Apostles who are still yet to settle in the top flight.
Apostles are unbeaten in their last two league games picking up one win and one draw during that period.
They have also kept a clean sheet in the last two games scoring two goals as part of the run. This came after they had gone four games without a win in the league.
Thirteen of Young Apostles 18 points this season have come at home; including three wins and four draws. The club will be relying on their home form to get them over the line against Nsoatreman.
While traveling in the league, Nsoatreman have only picked up one point this season. However, the game against Young Apostles presents an opportunity to add up to their tally.
A win for either of the two sides will take them to 21 points as they both have 18 points to their name after 17 games played.
The game is scheduled for a 3pm kickoff on Sunday, January 26, 2025.
