There were doubts when Joseph Esso made his move from Hearts of Oak to Dreams FC at the start of this season's Ghana Premier League.
Despite banging in goals for the Phobians, circumstances meant he had to make the leap.
With fans split over his true capabilities infront of goal, Esso's 10 goals in 17 games place him only behind Karela United's Diawisie Taylor on the top scorer's chart after the first round.
The exploits of the Dreams FC striker has earned him a debut Black Stars call up.
He's been revealing the feeling of his first national team call up and more to Joy Sports George Addo Jnr.
