Ghana Women's Premier League champions Ampem Darkoa Ladies sealed their place in the final four of the ongoing WAFU B Champions League qualifiers after defeating Athletico FC 3-1 in their final group game on Friday.
The Techiman-based side finished first in Group B with 6 points after two games which also saw them score seven goals.
Mary Amponsah scored all three goals on the night for the Ghanaian side as they sealed an easy win to progress to the next stage of the competition.
Amponsah scored her first goal for in the second minute, before adding her second after 15 minutes. She subsequently scored her third goal of the game in the 28th minute, giving her side a 3-0 advantage at halftime.
The Ghanian champions came from the interval hoping to extend their lead, but they conceded the only goal of the half with the game ending 3-1.
Ampem Darkoa Ladies will meet the team that finishes second in Group A.
