Bibiani Gold Stars moved up to the summit of the Ghana Premier League after a 2-1 win against Heart of Lions.
The match, which was played at Duns Park, saw Gold Stars take the lead through Samuel Kumi in the 15th minute before Gideon Anaba added the second five minutes to half time.
Heart of Lions scored a consolation goal through Nana Kwame Oppong around the half hour mark , but it was not enough to prevent Gold Stars from taking all three points.
The win takes Gold Stars to the top of the league table with 44 points, while Heart of Lions remain in third place with 40 points.
Gold Stars will look to extend their three-game unbeaten run when they face Dreams FC in their next match, while Heart of Lions will take on Asante Kotoko with the aim of returning to winning ways.
