The National Democratic Congress (NDC) has announced three days of fasting and prayer for the nation as the general elections draw closer.
The directive which starts on Thursday, December 3, will be climaxed by a special service on Friday, and Saturday by the Muslim and Christian community respectively.
The National Chairman of the party, Samuel Ofosu Ampofo stated in a document that this move is to seek God’s intervention in upcoming general elections.
“It is imperative that as a Party, we call once again for God’s intervention to buttress our hard work and determination to secure a resounding victory in the December 7 general elections, to the Glory of God Almighty,” part of the statement read.
This comes after the special voting exercise which came off December 1.
