Morocco has intensified its humanitarian support to the people of Gaza, becoming the only country to deliver aid directly on the ground.
The latest shipment—180 tons of essential supplies—was dispatched on July 30 under the directive of King Mohammed VI.

Unlike many international actors that rely on multilateral channels, Morocco has established a direct and autonomous aid route, working with Israeli authorities to ensure the smooth delivery of relief items.
The Royal Armed Forces (FAR) facilitated airlifts to Israel, followed by overland transport through the Karam Abu Salem crossing into Gaza.
This fifth Moroccan convoy includes food staples, milk and children’s products, medicines, surgical supplies, blankets, tents, and other essential items targeted at the most vulnerable populations.
Morocco’s approach goes beyond logistics. Its aid is delivered in person, marked by dignity, respect, and discretion, eschewing media spectacle and political symbolism.

The effort reflects Morocco’s commitment to active solidarity, where compassion is demonstrated through deliberate action rather than words.
This strategic and human-centred response has positioned Morocco as a key regional actor and a steadfast partner of the Palestinian people.
